Changing Amazon Seller ID is no longer supported

A previous feature that allowed sellers to sign up with our Amazon account link and then have the option to change the seller/Amazon account it is linked with has been removed.

There may still be some cases where you need to change your Seller ID (also known as Merchant ID) - if you feel you do need to perform this action please contact the support staff for help.


Changing the linked account will cause serious errors if you have imported orders or product links from the old account. A different linked account CANNOT update your old account information such as sales, shipping or inventory.
